Applications published by SIRTECH

SIRTECH designs, builds and runs its own applications. Applications published by SIRTECH SARL include:

  • SIRDZ, a platform connecting driving schools and their students — sir-dz.com
  • MASSFORGE, a training app — massforge.fit

Each application has its own terms of use and its own privacy policy, which name SIRTECH SARL as publisher and data controller. SIRTECH publishes and will publish other applications: each one says so in its own legal notice. If you are unsure about an application that claims to come from SIRTECH, write to us.

Work done for our clients

SIRTECH also builds websites, applications and systems on behalf of clients. This work is governed by the signed quote and by our terms of service. The delivered product is published by the client, who is responsible for it; when SIRTECH processes personal data on the client’s behalf, it acts as a processor within the meaning of Law No. 18-07.

The code, designs, accounts and economic copyright in the deliverables are assigned to the client as set out in those terms.

The SIRTECH WhatsApp number

The number +213 661 18 36 38 (display name “Sirtech”) is used for two things:

  1. Verification codes. When an application published by SIRTECH offers to send you a code on WhatsApp, you send us a message that is already prepared and we reply automatically with your code.
    • A code is valid for 10 minutes only, once, and only in the application that requested it.
    • SIRTECH will never ask you to give it a code. Do not pass it on to anyone.
  2. Support. You can write to us with any question about our services. An automatic reply confirms that your message has been received, then a member of our team answers you.
    • In accordance with WhatsApp’s rules, we answer you within the 24 hours following your last message; after that, write to us again.
    • We do not send advertising messages by WhatsApp.

The use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp’s terms of use. The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

All content on this website (texts, visual identity, code, screenshots and graphic elements) is the property of SIRTECH SARL unless stated otherwise, and is protected by Ordinance No. 03-05 of 19 July 2003 on copyright and related rights. Any reproduction or adaptation without written permission is prohibited.

The SIRTECH, SIRDZ and MASSFORGE names, logos and visual identities belong to SIRTECH SARL. Third-party trademarks and product names mentioned on this website remain the property of their owners.

This website links to third-party services (WhatsApp, the websites of our applications). SIRTECH is not responsible for the content of third-party websites. You may link to sirtech.dev without permission, provided you do not suggest an affiliation that does not exist.

Liability

The information published on this website is provided for information only and is not a contractual offer: only a signed quote binds SIRTECH. SIRTECH endeavours to keep it up to date but cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate at all times. SIRTECH cannot be held liable for an interruption of the WhatsApp service attributable to WhatsApp or to a telecommunications operator.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This website and this legal notice are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the courts with jurisdiction are those of the place of SIRTECH SARL’s registered office, subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
